Closed head injuries are common and frequent, and almost invariably of little or no consequence. Some of your symptoms may suggest a mild, Grade I concussion, but since you stabilized rapidly, appears to be little need for further evaluation, at this time. If symptoms progress or problems ensue, contact your physician.
