Not likely . . .: Unless you're extremely deficient in B vitamins & zinc, it's not likely that supplementing either or both will have a major effect on testosterone level. Better to chat w/your family doc to search for underlying causes to your symptoms. Once those issues have been treated, then consider checking T level if you're still symptomatic. If yes, then need to search for underlying cause of low T b4 TRT.
