Puberty includes rapid growth of bones and muscles, changes in body shape and size, and development of the body's ability to reproduce. For boys, precocious puberty when these changes occur before 9 years old. So it is possible for a boy of 9-10 years old to have ejaculation and he is still considered normal, not a case of precocious puberty.

ejaculation occurs at the start of puberty. This age is too early for it and if it occurs the child needs to be seen by an endocrinologist.

When a male turns 9 the hypothalamus of the brain releases a gonadotropin hormone that travel to the pituitary gland that causes the release of other puberty hormones. These hormones travel to the testes and cause the production of sperm and testosterone. This is normal for many boys as there testicles enlarge and the voice changes and pubic hair sprouts.
