Red spots? : There are so many things that can cause red spots that w/o more info we will never know. Rashes are tricky, especially if they morph with time. Some are classic like varicella or measles. Others that may be are roseola, german measles but there are too many to list here. Look for other symptoms and see. Your pediatrician for a better idea of what the "spots"are.
