ESR of 6 is OK in most labs. The lab should have a normal range for each test so you could call and ask them or your provider.

Yes. ESR of 6 is a normal value. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
