I had a negative rna test at 10 weeks and negative 4th gen hiv test at 91 days post exposure. do i need to test again at 6 months?

All is well-- you do not have HIV. Your current test results are conclusive. Nobody ever needs to test as long as 6 months after exposure. (In the future, if you think you may have been exposed too HIV, all you need is one 4th generation blood test, which is conclusive after 6 weeks.)
