I had acl surgery about 4 weeks ago. i have this sharp pain at the surgical site right under my knee almost to my shin that comes and goes. any idea what it may be?

If the surgical wound is completely healed and you have no problem with walking, I will suggest taking ibuprofen OTC 2-3 tablets with food every 6 hours as needed for one day and observe the pain. If pain persists after one day or get worse, you should call your orthopedist by then. If the wound is not healing completely and the knee is swollen, see your orthopedist right away.
