Is coffee(black) actually beneficial for intermittent fasting? if so what would be good times for drinking in order to not mess up my sleeping clock? and last how long would it be ok to go along with this before i can run into problems like withdraw?

Black coffee will allow you to remain in ketosis during intermittent fasting, and may provide you with extra energy and alertness. If you don’t usually drinking coffee, start small. Don’t drink any coffee for 6-8 hours before you plan to go to bed. If power napping (30-min or less), it may be helpful to drink one cup right before going to sleep, as it takes about 30-minutes to be absorbed.
