I have anemia, high rdw, low hemoglobin and hematocrit, low mchc, slightly elevated platelets, and small red spots popping up on skin along with abdominal pain, lymph node swelling, & abnormally heavy menstruation. what could be wrong?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests.
