I would like see the full urinalysis report. Is this occult blood rather than free hemoglobin? Occult blood could be from vaginal contamination of the urine specimen. I would recommend obtaining a clean catch urine sample and have a complete urinalysis including a microscopic exam of the urine sediment. You should get another urinalysis with microscopic exam. Dip sticks are often false positive.
