Not if Clean Catch: Unless these are catheterized specimens, you can't say much. If they are then: if you are not experiencing any urinary symptoms and are not pregnant, there is no indication to treat you. A culture could be done. If you are having problems, then the findings should be considered real and a urine culture obtained and you should be started on antibiotics. If two cath specimens show blood, see a uro.
