What is the chance of a few small lines of cocaine causing life threatening arrythmia or ischemia event? i know don't do it, i don't just asking as i know many friends who done it for years, no problems?

Do not try it, you can never predict. Cardiac death from cocaine use is a real thing.

Many drug abusers are lucky for a time but eventually consequences appear. No way of clearly predicting when cardiovascular catastrophe or cerebral stroke might occur but odds rise with chronic use.
