Your question does not make sense because you can't determine 2 weeks or 21 days after missing a period if you have not had period for 2 years. If you are concerned about the pregnancy and you have not had sex regularly, you can do urine test 15-20 days after the last sex encounter. Chance of pregnancy for a woman with PCOS and amenorrhea is low but still using condom if you do not want pregnant.
