Hello, i did a roadtrip the past 2 weeks where i drove +40 hours. got home before yesterday but my eyes feel strained, and i've felt dizzy 3-4/10 the last two days. no nausea, no vomiting. i feel my head lightly spinning. what could it be? thank you?

Dehydration could explain some of your symptoms. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. Wish you good health!
