Has your Fertility GYN MD done a sperm analysis prior to the IUI? It is relatively inexpensive and 40 % of all fertility problems are due to male cause's Most of the ovulation induction treatments are expensive (Pergonal/Clomid). Most patents get pregnant after 3 treatment cycles of IUI and ovulation induction meds. A one month break + 3 additional cycles usually succeeds in 85+% Talk to your MD
