I feel the main benefit is helping one stop smoking. Another obvious benefit is the avoidance of inhaling toxins found in tobacco. Nicotine is very addicting and hopefully you'll be able to taper off it. Nicotine,as a stimulant, can adversely affect the cardiovascular system especially in heavy usage.
