I have been told that i might have trigeminal neurologia. i hit my head really badly around february. from then, i still experience pain in the back of my neck, scalp sensitivity, half my face hurting, headaches. i was wondering what pills could work?

If you had a bad accident in February and you have had those symptoms since then, you need to have a CT scan or MRI of the cervical spines and the head first before thinking of a coincidental trigeminal neuralgia which is not related to the head trauma. For trigeminal neuralgia, analgesic is not commonly used but we use med for nerve pain and the drug of choice is carbamazepine (Tegretol).
