Too little data: Certainly her counts might be low if her cancer is recurrent or metastatic, but there are a host of other possible reasons. This is insufficient information to make any kind of informed statement. Perhaps she has had or is receiving therapy which suppresses her bone marrow? That would be a plausible explanation.
