Have constipation i think its due to my low fiber/fluid intake and its always very dry and hard feeling when i'm having a bowel movement + sometimes when i have to strain and it really hurts there is bright red blood on tissue and bottom of bowl?

Bright red blood noted after a hard bowel movement may signal hemorrhoids. Starting an OTC stool softener (I.e. Miralax) and seeing your PCP in person for confirmation of the diagnosis is recommended.
