You need: You need to see a doctor as soon as possible as it sounds that you have an infection and you need to stop injecting steriods for your overall health.

Abscess: See pcp; may need antibiotics to clear up infxn to prevent spread to joint. Warm compresses will help draw infxn to head so it will drain better. Reconsider using anabolic steroids. If using multi-dose vial, bottle may be contaminated.
