A member asked:

Models show the trigeminal nerve ending at the ear, but the temporalis muscle is innervated by the trigeminal nerve. as someone who may be suffering from tgn, should i be accounting from pain in the area of the temporalis (behind ear) or not?

What difference would that make. Temporalis does not extend to behind the ear. It you have trigeminal neuralgia, the treatment would be the same irrespective of the pain distribution.

Not feasible to understand what you wish to know. Not clear if you have a confirmed diagnosis. If not done previously, see a neurologist and get this properly handled
