Have been diagnosed with slipping rib syndrome. no one seems to know much about it and im told theres not much i can do but wait to see if it improves. is this accurate? any suggestions?

Many clinicians don't believe there is such an entity as a slipping rib. You don't describe your symptoms. If you require a second opinion, consult a thoracic surgeon to evaluate your symptoms & rib cage.
