I have lumps in both breasts,did an ultrasound and dr told me that i have enlarged glands and lump on right is limph node and on left sent me to do a puncture bc she thinks is sm bening.but she told me that it likely nothing mayor bc it is in both?

Yes, the lymph node should be biopsied to confirm its benignity, i.e. just a reactive lymph node.
