Worried about what? The water? It was sterilized and the seal was unbroken. It's just water. If you're worried about something else, please repost with what you are worried about.

Sterile water implies free from germs. If the container was factory sealed then there should be no germs. I’m not sure where water for irrigation comes from so whether it contains chemical contaminants is unclear. One use of the water should not produce an illness, but it may be safer to use sterile water for drinking in future.
