Is bottled spring water safe to use for nasal irrigation? how safe are the squeeze bottle nadal irrigation devices?

Salt water is better: You can make your own using one teaspoon of salt to a quart of water (or 1/4 tsp to 1 cup). Boil it first and of course cool before using. Any clean squeeze bottle will do.
