Can i use optical sterile normal saline drop solution in mixing vebtolin nebulous 2.5mg inside a nebulizer for a 4yr old or would water be better?

Mgt: Saline solution is the usual mixture. Your pharmacy can supply a bottle specifically for use with the nebulizer. I would suggest asking your PCP about an inhaler and mask/spacer device for delivery of the medication.

I advise saline: The OTC nasal saline wash is also a reasonable choice if you have a dedicated bottle that is never used for anything else (never up a nose).
