I had a surgery to remove a testicle as there was a torsion the testicle died and got infected and ever since i've been very constipated i've been drinking less so that might be why and also i think they used a lot of painkillers would this cause it?

It is typical that surgeons prescribe opiates like Percocet for post-op pain management in the U.S. Opiates are known to cause constipation and are often prescribed along with a stool softener such as Colace. Surgery can also delay bowel movement passage. It is good practice to maintain high fluid intake especially after surgery.

Use an OTC laxative followed by a stool softener and a diet with some fiber in it and increase your water intake. You will be fine
