No, dysautonomia (autonomic neuropathy) does not cause gas-related indigestion. Dysautonomia of the digestive tract can cause swallowing problem (dysphagia) and delayed gastric emptying. Delayed gastric emptying can be mistaken with acid or gas induced indigestion.
