You should reduce peanut intake if you have a history of nephrolithiasis with calcium oxalate stone. Otherwise, you can eat peanut butter everyday if preferred when you maintain good fluid intake but you do not need to force more than 2.5 liters/day with an average body mass index. Two liters of diluted urine a day is enough to lower the risk of kidney stone.

Too much of a good thing is not necessarily a good thing, and a 'Good' thing does not cancel a 'Bad' thing. Drinking water is great in trying to prevent kidney stones. Pl moderate your peanut butter and you will be fine.
