Diagnosed w/ chronic gastritis via scope. no h pylori. being treated and have had many other tests but not ct scan. want to trust my doc but read that conditions like pancreas cancer can be mistaken for gastritis. how do i know to seek second opinion?

Discuss your concerns with your PCP and gastroenterologist. If more work up is needed, then that should be discussed with those docs that know your medical history the best.
