I do not have a uti however after i pee im in pain for hours and sometimes days . i use compress of cold and hot for pain but i need to know the underlying issue because its a constant thing ?

You need to see a Urologist for further investigation for other conditions which cause these symptoms. Once the reason is found and treated you will be fine. In the meantime avoid spicy and acid food. drink water and take OTC Azo. good luck
