Diabetes?: You need to be urgently seen by a physician. New onset diabetes is possible. You are at risk of dehydration with that much urination and may need IV fluid in addition to checking your kidney function and blood sugar level. Hormone levels may need to be checked as well.

Resistant organism: The antibiotics you took may have not killed all the bacteria that caused your UTI if that is what you had/have. If your only symptom was frequency but no burning or other symptoms, it may be something else. If you do/did have burning, urgency, etc. then it’s likely the organism causing the UTI wasn’t eradicated by the medication you took. A culture would show the drug that will work.
