Blood pressure came to 135/117, then 121/92 after, then 117/77 after that. my current average readings are now around the 115/75-ish ball park now. is it possible my first two readings were false or should i get checked? (no symptoms are present?

The first BP is almost always the highest. This can be due to the elasticity of the bladder in the cuff increasing with each inflation or to the Alerting response also called the fight or flight response. This extinguishs after a few readings is some and can take longer in others. I recommend doing 3 readings after 5 min rest & average last 2. Or take till goes down no longer and use the next 2.

Probably had an error in the first reading. Current BP of 115/75 is normal. One should note that BP is not a static number. it varies with time and activities of daily life. Stress and Anxieties affect BP readings quite often. For now one should continue with his normal life. No particular reason to see Doctor unless part of a scheduled routine.
