The lesions you describe are likely not related to sexual exposure.Try a moisturizer with Lactic acid 12% daily.It may soften the bumps that, from the description, might be Keratosis pilaris associated with a tendency to have eczema. The safest protection from STD's &HIV is abstinence.The 2nd way is safe sex.Be sure to practice every step of safe sex, not only get tested.If at risk,go to the Doc.

With neg tests you dont have those conditions. Re bumps and rashes- they have to be examined before a diagnosis can be made. Pl see an MD
