Why do i occasionally feel a crampy feeling after menopause? is that normal, no other symptoms as of yet! it doesn't happen often at all , just once in a while?

The "average" age for true menopause is 54, but some estrogen production still occurs from the high levels of FSH from the pituitary, making estrogen levels fluctuate, and when the level drops, it will stimulate uterine contractions, similar to pre-menstrual cramps.

It is possible that the cramps are from another reason and not Gyn. Occassional one are not to worry about but if the presist pl get a check up. Good luck
