Tetrahydrozoline, the main ingredient of Visine, can be deadly if the solution is swallowed even the bottle is small. A typical bottle of Visine eye drops contains anywhere from 15 to 30 milliliters of solution. Depending on the body mass, drinking that small bottler can be lethal.
