What are possible side effects of accidentally swallowing visine eye drops?

None: Visine eyedrops are forms of saline, and when applied in the usual way to the eye, the excess passes down the lacrimal canal into the nose and throat with no evidence of toxicity. While i image the visine was not tasty, it will do no harm.
