DIsc disease is relative to the clinical picture. When considering a spinal condition a provider should not place all the weight on an MRI. Because a disc out of place does NOT directly equal pain or a clinical syndrome. A spinal problem is much more than a finding on an MRI, function is more important. Seek out doctors that can focus on rehabilitation and consider the entire picture.

Would urge a physical therapist evaluate and treat you. This could be started within a warm pool and later, as tolerated, could move to exercise program
