The normal differential of white cells in normal person with an intact spleen which you see in normal lab report (reference range) is different from a person without spleen. You should concern if the total white cell count is too low or two high and forget about the differential unless the percentage is remarkably out of range.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the data you provided is not interpretable. Wish you good health!
