Can someone tell me if my ekg is normal. it says normal but indicates things im worried. normal sinus rythm with sinus arythmia. it also says non specific change in st segment anterior leads. non specific abnormality now seen in anterior leads?

Ekg says sinus bradycardia with sinus arrhythmia. Lateral ST abnormality is nonspecific. 49bpm qt/qtc 0.434s/0.415s. Pr 0.172s. Qrs 0.102s. Does this seem OK?
