Sinus bradycardia & sinus arrhythmia are essentially normal variants often seen in EKGs of young people. Abnormalities in the ST segments, which are usually referred to in the precordial leads V5& V6 are mentioned& are nondiagnostic. There are various causes of nonspecific ST abnormalities, some are serious, many are not. Different morphologies of the abnormality may offer clues. See cardiologist

The rate is very low and it is not clear what sinus arrhythmia is present. What are your symptoms? The best person to interpret this EKG in the context of your symptoms and condition is your doctor or cardiologist. If you are having symptoms like lightheadedness or dizziness, shortness of breath, etc., then you should see a cardiologist, if you haven’t already. Good luck to you!
