A member asked:

It seems sometimes i can't remember acquaintances names if i don't see them for months on end. i'm not referring to my personal friends/family. just people i don't see often - is this normal? i want to find a better way to remember them?

Not only you, much easier to remember the face than the name, same to me. You just have to write it down repeatedly and recall it as often as you can if it is important for you to remember.

Excellent suggestions by Dr Le. Your issue is unlikely to involve any brain degeneration or prosopagnosia, and represents merely, our human limitations confronting complexities of modern life.
