Late period: Would repeat pregnancy test and consider blood pregnancy which is more sensitive.Also consider sonogram, May be an ectopic ( a pregnancy not in the uterus ),a miscarriage or an infection in the tubes.Also consider testing for a urinary tract infection.Follow up with a doctor /urgent care.
