Period ?'s: Positive ANA and RNP, plus associated "weakness, fatigue" may create stress sufficient to delay ovulation, and consequently delay a "normal" period. Delays in ovulation if sustained will allow continued production of estrogen from the ovaries, and breakdown of lining cells in the uterine lining, which leads to brief 1-2 day bleeding. If pregnancy is possible, obtain serum HCG test in a week.
