"Cytolytic vaginosis" refers to a lactobacillus overgroth, which produces some acetic acid and can give sympoms similar to a "yeast" (fungus) infection. Bacterial vaginosis is caused by other forms of bacteria, and can produce unpleasant odor, but is treatable with antibiotics. See your GYN for guidance.
