Check the area around the urinary opening and do not wipe but dab or blot with a soft paper towel and apply some OTC cortisone ointment or cream. Drink water. If not better in a few weeks see your MD

Due to close proximity between urethra opening and the vagina, those tiny brown specks are likely old discharge from the vagina or perivaginal area rather than from urinary tract and its opening. If you do not have any other symptom, you are fine.
