A follow up liver function test is recommended if there is a concern. COVID 19 may be treated supportively with fluids, rest and monitoring breathing. He should follow his PCP's advice regarding the use of NSAIDs and paracetamol. Watch for prolonged cough, fatigue and shortness of breath.
