Research on the benefits of Ketamine is certainly ongoing, and psychiatric conditions are being studied. So far, there is not FDA approval for use in numerous emotional disorders, but would be worthwhile to get involved in one of the ongoing studies.

Spravato is an intranasal preparation that is approved for depression, but many psychiatrists do NOT endorse or use it. Apparently not effective in many.

Your current treating physician along with one of the doctors offering ketamine treatments would be best to weigh in based on details of your conditions, previous response to treatment, results so far for similar patients among others.
