My son has a few very light petechiae spots on his legs that he noticed a few days ago. he said he was itching the area. had a full blood work up 2 months ago that was normal. should i be concerned?

Nothing to alarm yet especially the lesions are itching and they have been there for a couple days. You just keep an eye on his well- being and observe the rashes. If there is any other evidence of spontaneous bleeding such as nose bleed, joint effusion, etc. he needs to be seen by then. Often, petechiae are nothing to worry about.
