I have a cluster of petechiae spots on upper leg (6-7). more have appeared on that leg and now theyre on my other leg too. should i see a doctor?

Need medical examina: Petichiae is a difficult diagnosis to make for most of us. So you should go see your doctor for examination and a blood count. The common causes are daily Aspirin use or low platelet count(This can be checked with a CBC(Complete blood count) though your doctor.
